Agata Koschel-Sturzbecher

Doctor of Law. Graduate of Law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, and of the “German and Polish Law” programme at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany. Author of publications in the fields of commercial law and legal corporations law. Actively participates in numerous training sessions, scientific, and professional conferences.

Holds the qualifications and title of Mediator (Certificate No. 501/2019) issued by the Mediation Centre at the Polish Bar Council. Arbitrator at the Wielkopolska Arbitration Court and the Economic Arbitration Court in Poznań. Listed on the mediator registers of the Economic Mediation Centre at the Wielkopolska Chamber of Construction, the Mediation Centre at the Wielkopolska Bar Association in Poznań, and the Mediation Centre at the Polish Bar Council.
