Finale

The Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce and the European Legal Studies Institute in Osnabrück, Organizers of the Draft Common Frame of Reference Warsaw International Arbitration Moot are pleased to inform that the following eight teams qualified to the oral stage:

Each written statement was marked by independent and impartial Arbitral Tribunal consisting of three members. According to the Rules eight teams with the highest scores qualify to next part of the Competition.

We would like to convey our warmest congratulations to all students that have decided to participate in the Moot. Thank you for case analysis and preparation of written statements. We hope that for all participants this undertaking amounted to valuable experience and that knowledge gained will be useful in future professional practice. Once again thank you for those who did not qualified to the oral rounds. We believe that there will be an occasion to meet with you personally during the next edition.

The final eight is welcomed to attend the oral rounds which will be held at the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw. We will start the event during the Welcome Reception which will take place on 10 December 2014. The oral stage where teams shall present their argumentation before the Arbitral Tribunal is planned for two days – 11 and 12 December.

We will be delighted to invite all interested lawyers, arbitrators, students to participate in the oral Finals of the competition which will take place on 12 December 2014.
