“FIDIC Contracts”- Regional Conference

Dear Sir/Madam,

We wish to express our sincere thanks for your participation in the FIDIC Contracts international regional conference at the Marriott Hotel in Warsaw on 26-27 April, organised by our Court and by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers FIDIC, in collaboration with the Society of Consulting Engineers and Experts and the law firm K & L Gates.

We would also like to thank all our Partners, whose engagement allowed the conference to be at such a high professional standard.

We hope that we were able to shed some light on the question of sustainable building contracts based on the contractual terms and conditions of FIDIC, which have been effectively in force all over the world for many years and are increasingly being applied in our region.

On our website, we will soon be posting extensive video footage of the conference, and the next issue of the Arbitration Bulletin will include the speeches delivered by our speakers.
