Arbitration in IT
Resolving disputes in technology – can arbitration be a cure?
We would like to invite you to the next event under the “Arbitration in IT” project. Two meetings are behind us, which we conducted together with Maruta Wachta law firm – you can find out more about them here.
The last event in the series will focus on the topic “Resolving disputes in technology – can arbitration be a cure?”, which will be discussed by representatives of the consulting firm Olesinski & Wspólnicy – Wojciech Jarosiński and Józef Pordes, together with a representative of the Court of Arbitration of the Polish Chamber of Commerce and the DWF Poland law firm – Rafał Morek, attorney at law. This will additionally serve as a summary of the entire cycle.
The meeting will be held within the framework of the “Solidarity Arbitration and Mediation Days” conference, the purpose of which is to express the solidarity of the international arbitration and mediation community with all those suffering from the war in Ukraine. “Arbitration in IT” is a free event, but we encourage you to register for the entire conference. All proceeds from the conference will be donated to a scholarship fund for Ukrainian students and young lawyers.
The venue for the event will invariably be the headquarters of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw (4 Trębacka Street). The event will take place on November 15 from 9:30-11:30.
