Deputy Minister in the Office of the Committee for European Integration under Jerzy Buzek, responsible for adjusting Polish law to the Community law. Former President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and Chairman of the Negotiating Group for Poland’s membership in the European Union, responsible for the negotiation area “Competition Policy”.  Former member of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Insurance and Pension Funds Supervision Commission, Financial Conglomerates Coordination Committee. Former member of the Public Procurement Council at the President of the Public Procurement Office and the Supreme Audit Office Board. Chairman of Supervisory Boards and their committees of i.a.
