18th IFCAI Biennial Conference in Rome

We are pleased to invite you to the 18th IFCAI Biennial Conference, which will take place on 10 June 2026 in Rome, ahead of the Italian Arbitration Day on 11 June 2026.

This year’s conference, titled:

“Beyond the Status Quo: What Arbitral Institutions Can Do Better for Arbitration”

will bring together leading experts and practitioners to discuss how arbitral institutions can evolve to better serve the arbitration community.

 

We are honoured to welcome Andrea Carlevaris as our keynote speaker, followed by an engaging panel discussion with distinguished speakers including Ana Stanič, Mike Mcllwrath and Alina Leoveanu.

The conference will also feature the presentation of IFCAI’s Statistical Transparency and Reporting Standards (STARS) for Arbitral Institutions, delivered by Niamh Leinwather, Secretary General of VIAC and Secretary Treasurer of IFCAI.
