Irene is a prolific author on a wide variety of legal issues. Her first main publication, Warranties and Contracts on Works and Services (1989), has become a standard text in the field. She has been a co-editor of the Austrian Yearbook on International Arbitration since its inception and author and co-author of several books dealing with issues of contract law, warranty and liability questions (including D&O liability) as well as arbitration-related matters and shareholder disputes. She has published more than 100 articles in Austrian and international law magazines and journals.
