Agreement on cooperation between the Court of Arbitration at the PCC and the Warsaw Bar Association (OIRP)!

🤝 The Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce has signed a cooperation agreement with the Warsaw Bar Association (OIRP)! 🤝

We are happy to announce that on 14 February 2025 we have signed an agreement with the OIRP in Warsaw to work together on:
⚖️ Professional development of legal advisors,
📚 Legal education,
🔧 Promotion of arbitration, mediation and other alternative methods of dispute resolution.

Within the framework of the cooperation, both institutions will implement initiatives that aim to develop and disseminate the practice of arbitration and support the professional development of lawyers.

The agreement was signed by:
pr. Monika Hartung, Chairperson of the SA Arbitration Council of the PCC,
Agnieszka Durlik, Director General of SA KIG,
pr. Anna Sękowska, Dean of the Council of OIRP in Warsaw,
pr. prof. Marcin Dziurda, Vice Dean of OIRP Council,
pr. Szymon Jelonek, member of the Council of the OIRP responsible for cooperation with the Court.
