Current Arbitration Bulletin

We are pleased to give you the next issue of the “Arbitration Bulletin of the Court of Arbitration at the National Chamber of Commerce”.

In the 29th issue of the “Bulletin” we return to the subject of corporate arbitration.

In the pages of the current issue, Katarzyna Bilewska, Ph.D., Prof. UW, introduces the Rules of the Court of Arbitration at the National Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw in Resolution Disputes.

To the article by Dr. hab. prof. UW Katarzyna Bilewska, we attach a discussion of the history of the work on the Resolution Rules.

At the same time, we are pleased to announce that the “Bulletin” in its traditional form (the written word) will soon gain a little brother in the form of a vlog on the Court’s YouTube channel. The new installment of the “Bulletin” will be titled “Bulletin – vlog” and will be published in parallel with the existing one, which it is intended to complement.
