Rules
The registration fee should be paid, to the bank account of the Court of Arbitration, no later than on the day of a request for arbitration, whereas the arbitration fee should be paid upon the receipt of a summon.
When paying the registration fee, please indicate your Tax Identification Number in the title of the transfer.
Please ensure that VAT is applied to the amounts listed in the Schedule of Costs.
