5th Warsaw Investment Arbitration Debate

Center for Dispute and Conflict Resolution has the pleasure to invite you to 5th Warsaw Investment Arbitration Debate. The debate will take place at Kazimierzowski Palace (UW Main Campus), J. Brudziński Hall. It will be held on 9th October 2015, 5.00 p.m. The main subject of the debate is future of investment treaties concluded between EU-member states (Have intra-EU BITs become moot?).

The event will involve a roundtable debate by leading academics and arbitration specialists: Anna Cudna-Wagner (Linklaters), Małgorzata Surdek (CMS Cameron McKenna), Marcin Asłanowicz, Ph.D. (Wolf Theiss) oraz Bartosz Krużewski (Clifford Chance). The debate will be moderated by Katarzyna Michałowska, Ph.D (SKS Legal). It will be followed by the open discussion with the audience.

The debate will be held in English.
