SAKIG and Jus Mundi Announce an Exclusive Partnership for Sharing Non-Confidential Arbitration Awards

The Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce (SAKIG) and Jus Mundi are delighted to announce an exclusive partnership to share non-confidential SAKIG arbitration awards and related SAKIG arbitration materials globally, for the benefit of the public good.

In a first for the Polish arbitration community, Jus Mundi will host select SAKIG non-confidential arbitration awards and related information on its open public database, allowing anyone in the world to search these materials using Jus Mundi’s open research tools.

Speaking about the partnership, Monika Hartung, President of Arbitral Council of SAKIG, stated that:

Due to current, as well as planned domestic and foreign investments in Poland, Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce (SAKIG) significantly supports and enhances international cooperation between entrepreneurs both in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region and beyond.

 By providing a neutral, impartial and professional forum for dispute resolution, the Court contributes to the promotion of cross-border trade and investment, while maintaining the highest standards of independence, impartiality and transparency in proceedings”.

Speaking about the partnership, Agnieszka Durlik, Director General of SAKIG, stated that:

By maintaining confidentiality in arbitration, the court ensures that parties can resolve their disputes without fear of sensitive information being made public. At the same time, the Court is committed to enhancing transparency and increasing business certainty in one of the most important economies in the region„.
