New Arbitration Rules

Dear Sir / Madam,

On 10 October 2024, the Arbitration Council adopted new Arbitration Rules of the Court of Arbitration at the PCC, which were approved on 17 October 2024 by a resolution of the Presidium of the PCC.

Together with the adoption of the new Arbitration Rules of the Court of Arbitration at the PCC, the Presidium of the Polish Chamber of Commerce adopted the Schedule of Costs of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw on 17 October 2024.

Both documents will enter into force on 1 January 2025.
