Cooperation agreement with SCC Arbitration Institute

We are pleased to announce that on May 30, 2023, the SCC Arbitration Institute and the Sąd Arbitrażowy przy Krajowej Izbie Gospodarczej w Warszawie/Court of Arbitration at the PCC signed a cooperation agreement.
Caroline Falconer, Secretary General and Agnieszka Durlik, Director General, being convinced that the wider use of arbitration as an independent, impartial and efficient method of resolving commercial disputes would facilitate trade and economic transactions between parties in Poland, Sweden and other countries, expressed their
willingness to cooperate.
