Invitation to Participate in ICCA Tribunal Engagement Survey 2026
We would like to invite you to participate in an international survey regarding arbitral tribunal engagement in case management processes.
The findings of this research will be presented at the XXVII International Congress of Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) in Madrid on April 14, 2026, by authors Grant Hanessian (New York) and Tim Robbins (The Hague and Hong Kong).
Why participate?
Efficiency and speed are at the heart of modern arbitration. This survey focuses on the practical application of existing case management procedures and tools. Your perspective as a practitioner is essential for understanding how these tools are utilized by tribunals worldwide to streamline proceedings.

- Topic: Practical use of case management tools and procedures.
- Duration: The survey takes approximately 12-15 minutes to complete.
- Confidentiality: Participation is entirely confidential and anonymous. No names or email addresses will be collected.
- Deadline: The authors would appreciate receiving responses as soon as possible, ideally before April 10, 2026 (the survey remains open until May 1, 2026).
