Sergii Melnyk is a lawyer qualified in England and Wales, Ukraine and France (pending swearing-in), currently serving as a Deputy Counsel at the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris. His duties include management of ICC cases with parties residing in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Previously, he worked in leading international law firms in Ukraine, Belgium and France, focusing on international dispute settlement and advising clients on commercial law. Sergii holds an LL.M in International Dispute Settlement (the MIDS Program) from the University of Geneva School of Law and the Graduate Institute of Geneva.


Charlotte Matthews is a French-American lawyer qualified to practice in France. After having studied in France, Germany, and the United Kingdom and trained with leading international firms in Brussels, Berlin and Paris, Charlotte joined HANEFELD, a boutique specialized in international dispute resolution. She acts as counsel and tribunal secretary in investor-State and commercial arbitrations. Charlotte is based in HANEFELD’s Paris office.


Alina Streckyte is responsible for the review and assessment of potential matters for litigation funding, arbitration funding, enforcement management and funding or claim purchase and for management of the pending investments. Alina focuses on management of enforcement of awards and judgments against corporate as well as the sovereign debtors.
Before joining Omni Bridgeway in 2017, Alina was a member of the dispute resolution team at a leading law firm in the Baltics representing clients in civil and administrative proceedings before Lithuanian courts. There, she focused on shareholder disputes, bankruptcy and restructuring related matters, application of interim measures, evidence discovery proceedings and enforcement of foreign judgments and awards.
Alina is an attorney, admitted to Lithuanian Bar. She is fluent in English and Lithuanian, speaks Russian and Dutch.


Natalia Jodłowska is a qualified attorney at law (radca prawny) specialized in dispute resolution matters, focusing on ADR methods, in particular arbitration and mediation. Her practice encompasses arbitration and commercial litigation, in particular in the area of construction, instrastructure, energy and M&A disputes. She advises clients on construction and infrastructure projects. She represented Polish and foreign clients in domestic and international arbitration proceedings before ICC, LCIA, IAA, FCC, the Polish National Chamber of Commerce (KIG), the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration, and in ad hoc arbitration. She has acted as an arbitrator (including the role of the president of arbitral tribunal and sole arbitrator) in several cases before the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration and the Polish National Chamber of Commerce (KIG). In a number of cases, she served as administrative secretary to arbitration tribunals in Polish and international arbitration proceedings before ICC, the Polish National Chamber of Commerce (KIG), the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration, and in ad hoc arbitration. Currently, from over 2 years, Natalia is in-house Legal Counsel in Webuil Group specialised in the construction and civil engineering business headquartered in Italy. Formelly, for over 8 years, she was managing assiciate in dipute resolution team of Gessel Attorneys at Law. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Cracow. She is lecturer of the Warsaw Bar in the area of negotiations and mediation. She was recognized as dispute resolution practitioner in Poland by Legal500 (2019).


Iurii Rybak is a solicitor in England and Wales and an advocate in Ukraine. Iurii is a member of the WilmerHale International Arbitration Group, based in London. He has a broad experience in complex cross-border arbitration disputes. His experience includes representing companies and individuals in investor-state and commercial disputes under ICSID, ICSID Additional Facility, UNCITRAL, LCIA, SCC and ICC rules, as well as ad hoc arbitrations.


Damroka Kościelak works in the International and European Law Department at the Office of the General Counsel to the Republic of Poland (PGRP). Her practice includes investment and commercial arbitration, as well as domestic litigation, with a particular focus on mining, construction, infrastructure and energy disputes. Her previous experience also includes commercial arbitration of construction disputes in Dubai. She has acted for private and public entities in arbitral proceedings conducted under various arbitration rules (ICC, SCC, DIAC and UNCITRAL).
Prior to joining PGRP, Damroka worked for several private law firms in Warsaw, both local and international, and with an international legal consultancy.
Damroka is a Polish qualified attorney (Warsaw Bar Association). She holds a Master’s Degree in Law from The University of Warsaw and an LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London.
