“All disputes stemming from this agreement or in connection with it will be resolved through mediation by mediators of the Mediation Centre at the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, pursuant to the by-laws of that court in force as at the date on which the request for mediation is submitted.”
