Former member of the Public Procurement Council at the President of the Public Procurement Office and the Supreme Audit Office Board. Chairman of Supervisory Boards and their committees of i.a. PKO BP or Orlen.

Author of about 150 publications in Polish and foreign books and scientific journals.
