Master of laws – 1990, from 1990 till now work in the University of Lodz in the Department of Economic and Commercial Law, 1997 – PhD, Assistant Professor, 2009 – habilitation, Associate Professor, 1990 – 1992 judicial application, 1994-1996 trainee lawyer since 1997. Practicing as a lawyer in various forms, author of over 50 publications in the field of civil and commercial law, in particular company law.
