About mediation

Mediation involves negotiations conducted by a neutral mediator – a neutral third party chosen by both sides to a dispute to help them find a solution to their conflict. Mediation is confidential – it is carried out in comfortable conditions without other parties taking part. In mediation, the parties resolve their problem with the mediator in attendance, and the solution negotiated must be accepted by both parties.
