The registration fee should be paid, to the bank account of the Court of Arbitration, no later than on the day of filing a statement of claim, whereas the arbitration fee should be paid upon the receipt of a summon.

When paying the registration fee, please indicate your Tax Identification Number in the title of the transfer.
