He was for many year the Managing Partner of a top international law firm’s Warsaw office. He headed the M&A department and was consistently ranked a leading M&A lawyer in Poland by Chambers and Legal500. He has practice strength in transactions, general corporate and commercial, real estate, direct investment and litigation. Currently, he runs an individual legal practice and acts as an independent investor.
