Ewa Stompor-Nowicka

In addition to providing legal assistance to entrepreneurs running a business in various forms, as well as to people who do not conduct business activity, I prepare trainee legal advisers to practice as a legal adviser and patron.
I participated in the work of the examination board recruiting for the legal adviser training and in the examination commission which prepared and accepted the legal adviser examination. After the amendment to the act on legal advisers, I became a member of the team appointed by the Minister of Justice to prepare topics for the legal adviser exam and recruitment for the legal adviser apprenticeship, and I also participated in the work of the 2nd degree Examination Committee at the Minister of Justice for appeals against the results of the bar exam.
As a member of the attorney-at-law council, I have performed many functions both at the local and national level, including the function of the Secretary of K.R.R.P. and Vice President of K.R.R.P.

For several years I have been participating – as an arbitrator – in the National Moot Court of Commercial Arbitration, organized by the European Law Students Association ELSA Warszawa under the patronage of S.A. at KIG.
