Bartosz Krużewski is the head of the Clifford Chance litigation practice in Continental Europe, partner running the Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Department and co-head of the Restructuring and Insolvency Department of the Clifford Chance Warsaw office. He is one of the leading lawyers in Poland specialising in construction arbitration and arbitration proceedings under investment treaties. He represents clients in investment cases, acting both for the State as well as investors bringing claims against the State. He regularly leads construction and infrastructure disputes, including proceedings before the ICC, and also acts as an arbitrator therein. According to independent international rankings of law firms, including Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, Legal 500 and IFLR 1000, he is one of the leading lawyers in the area of dispute resolution and restructuring and insolvency in Poland.
For the last six years he has been the Chairman of the Arbitration Committee of ICC Poland and a member of the Board of Directors of ICC Poland. Bartosz is a member of the ICC and of the ICC Arbitration Committee.
