President of the Polish Arbitration Association.

Krzesniak resolved numerous arbitration cases as an arbitrator in proceedings under the KIG, Lewiatan, CAS, ICC Rules as well as in ad hoc and investment arbitration.

He is listed among recommended arbitrators in such arbitration institutions as CAS in (Lausanne, Switzerland) and Qatar Sports Arbitration Tribunal in Doha, Qatar).

Managing partner of the Warsaw office of the global law firm Squire Patton Boggs.

Member of the Board of the Polish Association of Legal Employers (Polish: Rada Polskiego Związku Pracodawców Prawniczych).

Arbitrator with the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan. Lead arbitrator in major commercial cases.

Eligiusz Krześniak has published several books and a number of articles published in leading legal journals and daily newspapers such as Przegląd Prawa Handlowego, Prawo Spółek, Przegląd Ustawodawstwa Gospodarczego, Dziennik – Gazeta Prawna and Rzeczpospolita.
